Storage top-up
Storage top-ups: 5 GB for €4.90 a month, excl. VAT
Priced as a recurring add-on in 5 GB blocks, and you can hold more than one. You add and remove them yourself on your account page once your plan has started — not during the free trial — and removing one never deletes anything you have uploaded.

Plans, trials and storage
How does the trial work?
Card required · cancel any time · charged on day 7 unless you cancel. The full product, no feature limits. It converts automatically on day 7 unless you cancel first, and cancelling during the trial takes effect immediately.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Ask within 14 days of any payment — your first or a renewal — and we refund it in full. You do not need to give a reason. Write to info@costtakeoff.com from the address on your account, or ask Paddle, who processed the payment. It goes back to the card you paid with.
What's the difference between the plans?
Only branding and storage. Entry output carries a small CostTakeoff attribution — on documents, BOQ exports and drawing PDFs; Pro output is unmarked. Team adds multiple seats with pooled storage. Every capability is on every plan.
What happens if I run out of storage?
New uploads pause. Nothing is deleted — everything you already made stays viewable, editable and exportable. You can free space by removing drawings you no longer need.
